My Story
Pass By Here was founded by Vinouth Julmiste, MSN, RN, CHPN, a nurse and hospice leader with nearly two decades of clinical experience supporting patients and families through serious illness and end-of-life care.
Over the past decade, she has worked extensively in hospice, from direct field support to leadership roles managing home and facility-based teams, after-hours clinical operations, and interdisciplinary teams through complex care situations.
Pass By Here was created to walk beside families on that road, to bridge the gap.
