My Story
Pass By Here was founded by Vinouth Pierre, MSN, RN, CHPN, a nurse and healthcare leader with nearly two decades of clinical experience supporting patients and families through serious illness, complex diagnoses, and healthcare decisions.
Over the years, she has worked extensively across healthcare settings, from direct field support to leadership roles managing home and facility-based teams, after-hours clinical operations, and interdisciplinary teams through complex care situations.
Pass By Here was created to walk beside families on that road, to bridge the gap.
